Mediation Through Understanding – How to get more Italian mediators interested. In Italy, my native country, the number of mediators who know or have heard of the mediation method explained in the book by Gary Friedman and Jack Himmelstein, “Challenging Conflict: Mediation Through Understanding”, is relatively low. But thanks to @TAG, a professional mediator (famous for being good company) trained by Gary Friedman and practising that method, that number will soon grow. Last week he took part in a 28-minute Zoom interview (in Italian) with me, explaining:
- the fundamental principles of that understanding-based method
- what makes it so different from every other mediation method
- which books are available in Italian on that method
- which training is available — in Italy or in the USA
- how mediators can get in touch for further information
