Resolving disputes in joint session: masterclass with Gary Friedman and Mario Dotti

A very special in-person training event: the great Gary Friedman, a mediation pioneer of worldwide importance, and Mario Dotti will deal in depth and at an advanced level with techniques and methods for handling conflict with all the parties in the same room, rather than through separate meetings (caucus). Making a direct and transparent exchange between the parties possible, helping them to go through every stage of the conflict together and to look together for the solutions to overcome it, is a great opportunity to foster deep mutual understanding and full self-determination of the parties in taking decisions that matter for their future lives. The course is based on the Understanding Based mediation model, created by Gary Friedman and Jack Himmelstein.
