Why hire me
Mediation is my full-time job
Since 2010 mediation has been my full-time job. I am a civil and commercial mediator at the Arbitration Chamber of Milan, at the Milan Bar Mediation Organization and at some private organizations; international mediator at CEDR in London and neutral at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
I have been working in Alternative Dispute Resolution since the late '90s: what began as a passion has become the profession to which I devote all my time, my experience and my energy.
Training
Learning to stay with conflict
Since 2000 I have been giving and receiving training in mediation, negotiation, facilitation and conflict management. I learned the job from mediators of worldwide standing — Gary Friedman, David Hoffman, Robert Mnookin, William Ury, Joseph Folger, Jacqueline Morineau, Lisa Parkinson, Ken Cloke — and today I teach for the University of Milan-Bicocca, the Arbitration Chamber of Milan and the Center for Understanding in Conflict in California.
